I believe that we each inherit much of our personality type and our temperament. My family tree is heavily populated with teachers. I feel incredibly lucky to have chosen a profession that matches my temperament so well, that makes me so happy and that is so satisfying.

I agree with people who say, "I don't want to major in Computer Science, if I have to work in a cubicle." I would not want to work in these conditions either. Fortunately, most career paths, such as mine, begin with a degree in Computer Science and lead to a well-balanced life of working with and/or helping people.
