Andrew Hadley "A Parallel Approach to Evolutionary Strategy Simulations" This project is the re-implementation of a an existing program which has been rewritten in C# and been extended to take advantage of multiprocessor technologies. The original program was an evolutionary strategy simulation developed to test the viability of a biological model proposed by two DePauw professors. While the program could successfully perform this task, the vast amount of time required to run a single simulation limited how much data could be collected. The new program can run these simulations more efficiently and has a new interface that makes the simulation configuration easier and more intuitive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
