Professor Authors Article in Addison-Wesley Publication (Spring, 2007) A recent issue of the The Loop, a publication by Addison-Wesley, includes a "College Spotlight" article by DePauw Computer Science Faculty Member Gloria Townsend (pictured).  The article describes several of the successful techniques Gloria has used at DePauw to attract women to computer science. The article states: "For years DePauw University has served as a shining example for attracting women to computing. DePauw grants greater numbers of undergraduate computing science degrees to women than schools many times our size -- our Class of 2005 contained thirteen female majors..."
