DePauw Students Take First Runner-Up Prize in Microsoft Imagine Cup U.S. Finals (Spring 2009)

DePauw senior Erin “Ed” Donahue, junior Ashley Myers, and IUPUI junior Malisa Vongskul have taken the first runner-up prize in the U.S. finals of Microsoft's Imagine Cup, held on May 2-5 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. They named their team MangoBunnies and designed and developed a mobile and Web application called Computer-Assisted Medication Regimen Adherence (CAMRA) that will help patients adhere to their medication regimen, helping save lives. Team MangoBunnies is one of only fifteen teams to advance to the U.S. finals, and is the only all-female team to compete in the U.S. finals in the Imagine Cup's seven year history.
