Technology continues to advance more and more each year. Since I was young, I have been interested in finding solutions to people's problems in an attempt to make their lives easier. A lot of this can be accomplished through the use of various technologies. The endless possibilities for technology is very intriguing and I want to help be a part of it and assist in bringing others up to speed. Since coming to DePauw, I have been able to participate in numerous on and off campus internships.
The off-campus internships have provided me with great experiences and an opportunity where I could apply what I had learned in the classroom into the real world environment. Likewise, I was able to learn an immense amount of information from the companies where I worked and have been able to apply the new skills learned in the classroom and in my on-campus job with the ITAP technology program. All of my experiences have been continually accumulating to help shape me into a great young computer scientist.
